• Custom, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Include the RMA number inside the package and ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Use a trackable shipping method; emberfinds is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
